Aude has 30 years background in research and consulting for corporate organizations.
In 1993, she founded IMAJ, marketing research and consultancy, and has accompanied multinational organizations in a variety of sectors, with a specialty in qualitative research, innovation and foresight.
Her experience has led her to master the skills of psycho dynamic listening and accompanying teams in building their visions and strategies, with a focus in understanding society, future thinking and sustainable marketing.
She created Changing for good with Sylvie because she is firmly convinced that organizations need to grow their responsibility over society for the sake of survival, and that the question of individual and collective meaning is key to their transformation. Changing for good is the opportunity to bring her research findings on psychodynamics of CSR to grow meaning in organizations who thrive to change.
